Disaster & Insurance Claims

Insurance claims process:

1. We will examine your home to help define the extent of the damage at no charge.
2. We will assist you in contacting your insurance provider to start the insurance process. Your agent will help you with this stage.
3. An adjuster, sent by your insurance provider, will schedule a time with you to inspect your home. Please contact us with this day and time so we can be present to answer any questions you or the adjuster may have regarding the repairs.
4. Once approved by your adjuster, we will do our best to work within his/her quote to provide you with the repairs you need. Pricing will be determined by working with the adjuster to insure you, the homeowner, minimal to no out of pocket expenses. A final quote and contract will be provided to you and agreed upon before work begins.
5. E-S-N will complete the repairs needed to your home in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
6. We will assist you and work with the insurance company in handling all monetary items.
